Trees and bushes left to grow on public land without maintenance. Looks a mess and encourages fly. Tipping.

The contractors arrived today, didn’t spend very long at the site. Despite two vans and multiple workman only the tree was moderately pruned. The Main issue is the bushes as this is where people tend to fly too. These really need to be cut right back or removed.
