This has been there at least 3 weeks and is being added to. It’s a walkway between addresses 179 Seymour Villas and 74 weighton road. If you go to the dead end on weighton road and look down the path to your right you will see it

Bromley Council are investigating the origin of this dumped rubbish ahead of clearance.
