Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
Thames Water had a permit BB31795661 to carry out emergency works, this expired on 17/05/22, today is 19/05/22 and the road is still closed. This road needs to be reopened and they need to be fined for going over the agreed permit time.

Thank you for your enquiry. The road is now fully re-opened and they received a one day overrun charge as permit finished on 18/5
