A branch of the birch tree located in front of 29 Birchwood Avenue is hanging too low over the pavement and is a hazard to pedestrians. Please trim it.

It has now been a month since this issue was reported and no action has been taken other than notifying the council’s contractors to take the appropriate action. Please expedite.
