Bolton gardens

Reported via mobile in the Graffiti and Flyposting category anonymously at 14:39, Thursday 19 May 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The owner of No 1 Bolton Gardens is renovating the house since March and still on going. All the old material and house debris have been dumped outside the house which right next to us. I am very worried as we got kids and I don’t know what we are exposed to everyday. There number of sharp items left without any safety measures to be considered we are really concern for the safety of our children as they playing around it may cause injury. The wind keeps blowing the debris everywhere and it is not very nice. It has affected our right to enjoy. Also there have been lots of rats and mouse around recently. The owner of No 1 Bolton gardens clearly breached his duty of care. Also he has left his bins on our private land. We have asked him to remove it but he keeps ignoring us. This further affected our right to enjoy our property. Appreciate if you could take this matter seriously and consider a legal action against the owner.

Many thanks!

Kind regards, Hassan Shinki
