Trader Obstructing Footway

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Trader outside Poundland now almost totally block Footway. For see wider Footway down to around 2metre width due to stall and “back of house” area taking entire Footway. Blind and partially sighted people can fall over boxes strewn over Footway and disabled and pushchair users cannot pass. No route round back of stall either without going into buss lane. Needs to be in main high street with other stalls.
