Horse chestnut tree branches over hanging the footpath causing debris to fall into pavement and cars parked close by which is a danger to pedestrians and commuters. The teee is outside house numbe 15

The footways either side of this Chestnut tree are not adopted public highway, these and the land with the tree are privately owned.
The Council would not maintain this tree and it's canopy does not cause obstruction to any land adopted by Bromley Council to warrant enforcement action against the land owner.
