COMPLAINT: FAILED repair to dislodged kerbstones
Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 11:35, Sat 21 May 2022
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3540993.
Please record and confirm this as a FORMAL COMPLAINT. Please ensure that this is brought to the attention of the contract monitoring officer and assistant director as well as the “less than satisfactory” (and that’s a euphemism.....) contractor.
I will send copy to the Director, Mr Colin Brand, the Leader of the Council and the new Portfolio Holder.
I am FED UP with the POOR/UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE quality of these, so called, repairs.....and having to WASTE my time repeatedly reporting them....
As per attached 7am Saturday 21 May photos....
Location is Church Row near north entrance to church yard of St Nicholas’s church.

Both repairs had now been completed satisfactorily but unfortunately one of the setts has now gone missing. A new job has been raised today to replace the missing sett. Thank you for your patience.
