Grass not been cut for so long and it’s about 4foot high in places

The grass has still not been cut and myself and neighbours are worried that with the dry weather someone could set alight to it. It’s not been cut for a year so it’s a real state. Can’t walk on the path as it’s growing on to it. Some of the residents are elderly and it’s just not safe.
