Dumped rubbish that may contain asbestos

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

There has been a header tank left in the alley way behind stanstead close (BR2 9DS). I believe these are concrete asbestos mix. I recognize it as I have one in my loft. I'm not sure how long it's been there as it's been a while since I've had reason to go round the back.
