Broken gate

Gate latch is missing and as a result the gate won’t stay closed. After closing it, the gate instantly swings back open.

Dogs are able to freely enter the playground and a dog did run into the playground this morning while my child was on the swing; the owner had to come and pull the dog out of the play area. The gate being open is putting children in danger of being bitten by dogs and also exposing them to dog faeces
