Non Thames Water road leak
Reported via mobile in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 14:47, Monday 23 May 2022
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
I recently reported a leak in the road to Thames Water, Howe after many phone calls & no luck l’ve finally spoken to one of the call handlers at Thames Water who have told me that Thames Water did dig up the road however found that the leak was not from one of their pipes so they passed it over to Bromley Council. This section of road has been leaking for approximately 12 months now. Where do we go from here?

The area has been visited and inspected by a LBB Personnel. it appears that this is down to running water which would suggest that this is due to a water service / Main as records show is in this area. and has been an ongoing problem as records show from 2014 and will need to be repaired by Thames Water and this enquiry has been re referred to thames water
