Your contractors came this morning 31/5/22 and cleared the drain. About 13:00 we had a thunderstorm The drain worked fine for about 10 mins but is now blocked again

Our contractor has been notified to take the appropriate action.

Don't know if the contractors have been but after today's rain the problem still persists
