Lack of facilities - Norman Park

Reported via desktop in the Pavilion/Cafe/Toilet Issue category anonymously at 13:25, Tuesday 24 May 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

This is a huge park used by a number of families, dog walkers, runners, keep fit enthusiasts of all ages and footballers.

It is always very surprising and unsettling seeing men relieving themselves in the bushes.

Why are there no toilet facilities available to the huge number of people who regularly use this park?

Why are there no cafe facilities like there are in so many other local parks (Kelsey, Dulwich, Peckham Rye and Crystal Palace)?

Whilst this park is predominantly used by footballers, why are there no rugby posts for a huge number of children/teenagers and men/women who play rugby in the borough and may not be a member of a club? Surely the park is big enough to have some rugby posts too?
