The area has been inspected and assessed that there are no safety defects at investigatory levels present at this time. The investigatory levels for repair in the footway are trips of 20mm or above, or if the slabs are loose and rocking severely. Paving is not replaced if just cracked. This does not mean that all defects that reach this level will be repaired, just that they may be considered for repair. The road will continue to receive regular inspections and any assessed safety defects identified on those will have remedial works raised. As stated above the footway has been inspected and found not to be at investigatory levels for any remedials works, no action will be taken at this time. The road will continue to receive regular inspections and any assessed safety defects identified on those will have remedial works raised.
