Light opposite No 6 Stanton Close obstructed by trees. Trees were cut at low levl a while ago but more pruning needed . It was only carried out at low level more serious pruning required

  • The trees are now causing the street light to come on far too early. we have waited patiently but enough is enough. It is an ideal time during school closure to access the school grounds and Stanton Close to prune back all the trees and not just a light trim of lower branches that has been done before. Can you advise when this will be carried out pleas

  • Crew attended today and departed without carrying out any work. Residents car parked in kerb adjacent to light may have been a reason. It Could have been moved if they had enquired who the car belonged to (No6 Stanton Close). No attempt made to locate owner

  • Thank you for your comments, it is difficult when a contractor attends site to view vehicle obstructing access for works as it was unclear to them that it belonged at that time whether it was a resident or visitor to site.. Your comments have been passed onto the contractor to take note for when they revisit site.

  • School has resumed and there has been nothing done with pruning trees. light is still coming on early due to the fact trees obstructing light and sensor. just when will something be done it has been some while since oriinal report
