In response to previous updated comment I have attached a before and after photo of the works being completed. which at this stage appears to be ok It may be that the bollard has been hit again as this has occurred before. the job will be visited and works inspected as of normal procedure. if the site has been hit or it is the unlikely result of bad workmanship appropriate action will be taken.

I have revisited site and compared finished photo applied by our contractors it does appear that the bollard has been stuck again and is not a result of poor workmanship a new job has been raised on a 10 day order
