Unsafe electricity junction shed - Kelsey park top gate
Reported via desktop in the Park Repairs category anonymously at 13:52, Wed 25 May 2022
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3550702.
Hazard. For many weeks the double doors have been unsafe on the electricity junction shed inside the gate at the top of Kelsey park (Wickham Rd / Chinese roundabout). Whilst they have been temporarily latched together, it is clear that they could easily be pulled open e.g. by a child. Inside there is the exposed step-down for Kelsey Cafe. NB We are reliably informed that, being inside the park, this is a Bromley parks responsibility, not National Power Network (as for roads etc). It's not a 'quick fix' because the wooden doors are somewhat rotten, but needs proper top and bottom internal bolts.

The ladies toilets in Kelsey park are a disgrace. The sanitary bin is so full that dirty nappies and other things are cascading out of the bin over the toilet floor. This is a hygien problem that can cause sickness. Dogs are going into the toilets bringing out dirty nappies and tearing them up over the grass. This right by the childrens play area!
