Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Birds attending feeders in the front garden of 33 Raleigh Road are fouling the footpath. The build up of bird excretion is causing a slippery slime. The pavement along the front of this property is a slip hazard and needs to be deep cleaned. I know that the council cannot do anything about the feeders but the council has a duty to keep the street clean and to deal with nuisance birds in the public realm
