Public Tree damaging private property

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The tree outside 26/28 Southbourne has lifted the garden wall at the property at 28 Southbourne, risking injury if it falls over. The tree root is clearly visible underneath the wall. The council will need to repair the wall. We have raised this before and been advised to make a claim, please could you provide the information i.e. link on where to make a claim?
