No permit from the council for skip

Reported via desktop in the Public Right of Way footpath category anonymously at 11:14, Saturday 28 May 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

28/05/22 -Builders have dropped a skip on Mackenzie Road which is blocking our drive so we can't move our cars out. They have not informed any of the neighbours about this and can't show a permit for doing this. They were on the white line for 55 minutes so we couldn't go anywhere. 27/05/22 They unloaded a lorry onto the drive and transferring it to the rear garden of the property they are working in took over 5 hours, once again making the driveway inaccessible.
