Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
Stevens close, all the way down the Abbey lane is a hotspot for litter. It blows down the lane and gets caught in the bushes. There isn't a single bin along the entire road even though it features a primary school and huge estate. It's neglected by cleaners meaning it just builds and builds. I'd like some bins put there or for it to at least but looked at by street cleaners every once in awhile.
