  • LBB has spoken to the resident at the above address who advises operatives have not worked at this property for a number of weeks and denies they are responsible as alleged above. Words of advice given. Quantity of apparent cement residue observed on drain cover mentioned does not warrant further action on the part of LBB and this report will be closed on FMS.
