The tree has still not been cut back. Please can we have an update as to when this will be done? Thanks

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry it is not possible to give an exact time frame given the volume of works raised during our busy period (the summer). The works are in hand to be completed as a priority by the contractor. Thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve your issue.

Hello, is it possible to please have someone come and urgently cut back the tree outside 44 franks wood avenue. This was originally reported over 2 months ago. Hazard to the road and pathway. Also growing towards the houses. I know a contractor has been assigned but nothing has been done. Please can someone follow up?
