Salt bin being used as dog excrement bags dumping site

Reported via desktop in the Street Cleansing and Litter category anonymously at 16:42, Sunday 5 June 2022

Sent to Bromley Council 1 hour, 1 minute later

Due to a lack of bins in this area; dog walkers are placing dog excrement bags in the salt bin to dispose of them. There used to be a bin in this area, which was removed, so rubbish and in particular the dog poo bags are building up, which is unhygienic. Could the rubbish bin be re-instated?
