Asbestos roofing dumped

Reported via mobile in the Flytip category anonymously at 08:33, Monday 6 June 2022

Sent to Bromley Council 35 minutes later

This is copied from someone else’s misplaced report here: https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 3571401

I believe the location is correct based on their description. Access seems to be via Bourdon Road.

Original message: This asbestos has been left in the alleyway for over 2 months. This is in the alleyway behind 32 Marlow rd and behind Bourdon rd. we have been told it has been left there by 31a Bourdon rd. The builders working ne T door to us saw it being removed by other builders and left there. The abestos roof was removed from a shed she took down at the bottom of her garden. I have contacted land registry different parts of the path are owned by different people, and this plot of land is owned by the council. I have also spoken with a solicitor who has advise me that this is your responsibility to remove and also that my information is correct . I have been round to the property and spoken to the lady and she said it’s too expensive for her to remove but has admitted it is hers. We have two young kids and can no longer use our back access due to the dangerous asbestos. It is also leaning against my husbands shed where he spends lots of time. Please advise when you will remove this.

I have done everything I can now please help.
