Cleaning, Pavement Cracked and Potholes

Reported via desktop in the Road Defect category anonymously at 10:26, Thu 9 June 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3583015.

Good morning, I hope all is well with you all.

Recently we have had a lot of work done in the streets around this area for the replacement of gas works. The pavement in Merlin Grove, Stanhope Grove end, has been left in an awful mess, the paving stones are cracked and not in a good condition, I feel if anyone with lack of sight comes along there it could cause a huge problem and be pretty dangerous. The road was left in a right state, but I feel the rain has washed most of the dirt away.

Our street also consists of many potholes, please can someone come down our street to identify them all and may we please have these rectified.

Not sure if this is one for your department, if not, I would appreciate it if you can pass it on. Vehicles come down our street far too fast, we need a 30 mile an hour sign or humps to be put into the road like the ones in Stanhope. We have a lot of children in our street too and the vehicles need to slow down.

Last, but not least, apologies for going on so, but would so appreciate Bromley Council's help. Many many thanks.

Kind regards,

Carol Barnard
