Deep hole around grid

Reported via mobile in the Road Defect category anonymously at 22:00, Thursday 9 June 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

There is a large, deep hole surrounding a grid going down the hill, which has previously been circled but still has not been fixed. Not only does it cause drivers to swerve into the other side of the road to avoid it but it could do alot of damage to a vehicle. If my car is damaged because of this I will be sending the council the invoice.

  • I also, went over this pothole on Sunday 12 June. It is too dangerous to get out and photograph due to no pavement. As mentioned, you cannot swerve around it with oncoming traffic. I will not be surprised if I have not damaged by car, as the impact was loud. I too will be making a claim to the Council, as it has been like this for sometime. It seems there is a deep crevice around a drain type grid.
