Street sign been removed

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3586579.
The street sigh on elham close has been removed a little while ago by the resident at number 3 elham close as the street sign was outside their property. is this allowed for a resident to remove the sign and can we replace the sign as well

LBB have removed the street name plate that was sited outside number 3 as it served no useful purpose at that location, with the road having 2 further name plates in place at the junction with Romney Drive.
