Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3586756.
Email received at CSC 10.06.22 at 13.15 wondered if you could help I have not long moved into a permanent house from the council 247 keedonwood road Br14qw Bromley. Now I am trying to get my garden done for my toddler as he has never had a garden as we lived in flats I have been storing his bikes , scooters, trampoline goal and he did have a outdoor play house all outside in my garden. I have emailed the council and made reports of a tree that is overgrown so bad it’s taller than my house and is so overhanging my area that I’ve told them that basically this tree is dropping all black sag (sticky substance over my sons toys and outdoor play equipment the play house we had to throw due to it being ruined and not only that part of the tree fell onto his play house and was no longer useable. He’s trampoline is full of black sticky substance from this tree , he’s bike is the same and his scooter and fabric goal. I am due to get artificial grass soon as grass doesn’t grow on that area so my son can finally have a garden he can enjoy but we are unable to buy this nor can he play outside as the tree is not only really out of control overgrown and if that was to ever fall onto the house it would kill somebody and the house was not be liveable but it’s leaving black sticky substance on our outdoor belongings and ruining my sons outdoor toys. I’ve complained to Bromley council as was informed the tree is Bromley council and don’t this numerous times to ever take the tree down completly or cut this so it’s not at the dangerous height it is and doesn’t continue to ruin my sons toys. The tree opposite my house is completly the same one has been completly taken down and the other tree next to it has been completly cut to a manageable

I am sorry it is not possible to give individual time frames for completion of works for individual trees given we are within summer which is our busiest period and that we have over 39,000 street trees, the contractor will carry out the works as soon as possible.
