Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Footpath at the crossing outside the glades has started to sink. This needs urgent attention as is a trip hazzard.

  • It's some of the tactile paving which has sunk, quite badly, so a particular trip hazard to those with impaired vision who may be relying on it.

  • Thank you for your update. Our contractor responded to your initial report of the 12th June 2022 and raised appropriate works. However, since then we have identified other areas that require works. These further works should be completed within the next 28 days.

  • The order for this repair has been raised with the Council’s contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works. Please continue to bear with us. We anticipate an early resolution to this report from this point in time

  • Can't believe it's taking so long. Virtually the entire length of tactile paving along the edge of the pedestrian zone has now sunk and is proving a potential trip hazard, especially since the whole point of having tactile paving is so that those with limited eyesight can find somewhere to cross safely.
