Stepping equipment broken and dangerous

Reported via mobile in the Playground Repairs category anonymously at 16:56, Monday 13 June 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

One of the tops of the stepping equipment has come off (unbolted) my daughter has stepped on it and the top has come off and she has been impaled by it in her chest, thankfully no major damage. I have hidden the top under the bench by the woods to try and stop someone from putting it back on unbolted as it previously was.
