Gates locked at 7.30 am

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

For two days running all gates in park locked at 7.30am and no access into park. Bins over flowing as grounds persons unable to enter park to Emory bins etc.

    Bins overflowing today, have not been emptied since yesterday. This problem has been going on all week, park users are having to litter pick. Bins need to be emptied daily if not twice a day, as more people are going to the park now the weather is warmer.

    Bin overflowing today at 1.40, outside gate PrioryGardens by Lopeto cafe. Not been emptied as yet today.
