Open access to land from street - where people are doing/ taking drugs in the undergrowth! Left their Paraphernalia there, and beer cans. Please, arrange to be boarded up.

Large furniture, has also been dumped at the front! please, arrange to be secured ASAP As will just encourage more anti-social behaviour.
Land is owned, by owner of Mary Rose I think.

Hoarding issues - but no ones living there! It's open land. The main point was, that it's unsecured, thus inviting local drug users, to go there. It needs to be fully boarded up! There's gaps too, further along from there.
