Overhanging tree caused damage to our Clients vehicle

We have been instructed by our Client client to pursue a recovery of their uninsured losses arising out of the above motor accident when you failed to maintain an overhanging tree on Sheepbarn Lane that subsequently caused damage to our Clients vehicle.
