Raised manhole covers.

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category by Kevin Young at 15:12, Wednesday 15 June 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

There are a number of raised manhole covers and others with holes appearing next to them. The covers from no.4 down the alley to no.7, no's 8,9 and 12. The footpath is uneven and doesn't appear to have had any maintenance since cable tv was installed in the 1990's

  • Putting some tarmac around the manholes is only a temporary solution especially when only a couple of inches wide. I don't believe that it could be compacted enough to stay in place. I also pointed out that the path is uneven through lack of maintenance and that is still the case and should be looked at for a complete upgrade.
