I regularly report this problem. Grass verges in Elm Grove cut today - no attempt to clear grass cuttings. When it rains grass along the road blocks drains and gullies and then flow of water down from both directions of Elm Grove leads to extensive flooding of my property. Thunderstorms are forecast for end of the week and the road needs to be cleared asap. Also reported to councillor.
