Grass was finally cut today, however the pathway has not been cleared leaving a layer of grass cuttings on the steps and path. This afternoon my daughter has slipper on this and is currently in a and e being strapped up for a broken foot please come and clear this dangerous hazard immediately before another accident happens

Your update is incorrect. I can confirm your contractors have in fact not taken any action at all. Please can this be sorted asap - especially considering a resident on the road has be injured due to your contractor leaving grass cuttings across the path.

The railings are all broken with many areas having exposed rusty nails which are eye height of children they need to be replaced not repaired this time
