Ravenscraig House - Paper collection repeatedly missed

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
4no.bins outside bin store and one inside have not been collected for at least the last two collections. The bins are now overflowing. The bin men only empty the two paper bins beneath Lydford House under-croft. Unable to report this via the usual route as I am a Lydford House resident and not Ravenscraig. However, as our bin store is out of use awaiting repair, we share the bin store with Ravenscraig. Formal complaint made previously but was ignored.

This report has been passed on to Veolia and the recycling Environment Manager to investigate. Your request made directly to Veolia on the 15th June resulted in another crew attending the flats but due to the excess loose cardboard they advised that poor waste presentation had prevented collection.
