Bin outside the priory by cafe overloaded for a second day. Bin inside gates at priory litter on Ground. The bins are not being emptied regularly, the cafe seems to have no bins of it’s own? When bins are overloaded foxes, squirrels and magpies pull rubbish from them. That now does not only include food, but dirty nappies, cans, eating utensils. Some members of public trying to pick bits up and replace it in the bins which are overloaded and with bare hands…..a rat near the cafe area is much enjoying his pickings of the bins….going back and forth several times and it’s not a small rat…

Should the cafe not have its own bins for customers use. Then the council ones may not get so full up?
