Tree needs crowning- touching house and overhanging garden

The plane tree opposite 6 Avondale Road is overhanging my garden and needs crowning also it is touching my house It is causing problems with tree roots and taking light away from my bedrooms.

This tree has been inspected and is not considered to require remedial works at this time. The situation will be reviewed cyclically and any required action will be addressed within a future works programme.

This tree is touching the house and it definitely needs cutting back. We have been waiting years and asking for this for the last 5 years Please cut this tree back It is overhanging the garden and causing a choking hazard for young children too

This tree will be pruned shortly. Sorry for the confusion. This tree has has been pruned regularly for the last 13 years. (It is on our database,) We are pruning this tree because it is in contact with your property. We do not prune for light issues, or overhang. Trees overhang private property can by common law be cut back by the land owner. Thank you
