This approved “skip bag” (made of 100% recyclable, ultra-strong and durable woven polypropylene) contained garden- & wooden fence waste was temporarily placed here awaiting an agreed collection by a registered waste removal company. It was later removed when the collection was cancelled. I believe this complaint/report was made by a nuisance neighbour who has made multiple complaints/reports about me and my property/address. Thank you.
