40, Whitebeam Avenue causing obstruction to wheel chair user unable to pass in path due to their hedge being 3 ft over the pathway

  • We have notified the responsible party of their duties and responsibilities and informed them that further enforcement action may be taken if the issue is not resolved. For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

  • I am disabled & the said user of the wheelchair - (which is a wider than average chair). My photos clearly show the hedge in question is definitely NOT 3ft wide (see tape measure) & it definitely does NOT cause me or others an obstruction. This complaint is made by a nuisance neighbour who has made multiple, unsubstantiated complaints about both me & my property. Thank you.
