Paper Waste Collection Team - Leaving Litter all over the pavement

Reported via desktop in the Street Cleansing and Litter category anonymously at 10:05, Tuesday 21 June 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

While walking down Broxbourne Road today, Tues 21 June 9am, the paper waste team were collecting, and the youngest guy in the crew was tipping the black paper waste boxes into his wheelie bin, with clumps of the paper falling on to the floor at every house. It was disgraceful behaviour, and despite a member of the public politely mentioning it to him, he carried on doing the same. We simply cannot be expected to tolerate this reckless littering of our streets - we are paying this company to clear rubbish for our council, not to increase the problem.

The residents will no doubt clear the paper left when retrieving their black boxes, so this report is not so much for the council to clear the mess, but more for this young man to be identified, and then retrained, and fast.
