Dangerous crossing for school children
Reported via mobile in the Public Right of Way footpath category anonymously at 07:35, Wed 22 June 2022
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3614218.
The junction at the end of pines road is extremely dangerous for Bullers wood for boys (and other people) attempting to cross. There are no warning signs for cara and there is no pavement due to an large flower bed. This, along with the blind spot for turning vehicles makes it very dangerous.

This report has been referred to our Traffic Management Team who are responsible for the way traffic is managed on Bromley's roads; including, but not limited to, implementing new road markings and signage in relation to road safety and parking; walking and cycling improvements, including identifying locations for new cycle racks and installing Vehicle Activated speed signs - however, please note that responsibility for enforcing speed limits rests with the Police.
Where requests are made for changes, our Traffic Management Team will consider all requests but often there is a need for a full investigation, planning and consultation within the local area particularly around proposed new traffic schemes, and any considerations must be balanced with borough-wide priorities. This report is now closed on FixMyStreet and our Traffic Management Team will consider this matter.State changed to: Internal referral
