Fly tipping constantly by the bin between Prestbury square and ravensworth road

Every week people fly tip rubbish besides the bin on the walk through between ravensworth road and Prestbury square. Its an absolute eyesore and also concerns me because it attracts foxes and also is dangerous for my young child. People dump their larger items but also just their normal black bin bags. Ideally I think the bin should be removed to stop people thinking its an okay location to dump excess rubbish!
