• Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below The footpath between jugg hill Biggin hill and nightingale close is completely overgrown. We go every eve and try to cut some down so it is sort of walkable but we come back with cuts stings and scratches. This has been done for 30 years until this year. It is appalling. I am sure someone is being paid for this and taking the money and just not doing it. It’s a constantly used footpath and dog walking area. Is no one checking up on things anymore ? Absolutely terrible. I pay huge rates and am forced to walk the main road instead of the green areas. This footpath runs parallel to the main road between lunar close to nightingale close. • What action (if any) would you like us to take? It to be cut from one end to the other. Not half of it to the end ! It’s about 4foot tall • Have you already spoken to somebody in the Council about this matter? yes • If yes, and you know who you spoke to please provide details and dates. Many people have reported this

3617406 This problem still is not rectified Surely these contractors have been paid all year to do this job yet it has not been done once ! I have a tried to trim some today. Absolutely appalling. Me my dogs and children cannot walk through. Get stung and bitten and scratched ! I will now contact my local councillor. LBB should be ashamed of how relaxed they are allowing paid people by our taxes not fulfil their jobs. I will contact the appropriate people and take to social media to see if this helps to sort out our green spaces

Good afternoon STILL not done - this is totally unacceptable. Also as everything is so overgrown it is a great place for people to hide in when women and children are walking to and from school so this is now a severe safety issue. Can you tell me why I have not had a human reply and tell me why this is taking so long?? I have been so patient all year but this is now an absolute joke - why does LBB now not care for people's safety?
