Hedging overgrowing - restrictions

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3619115.

The hedging along Hayes Way, on the corner with Whitecroft Way has totally overgrown in height and width. Difficult walking down and needs to be more open.
