Rubbish collection today. Bins have been left out. Not sure if this usually happens? Lots of lose rubbish has been left behind which is now spreading around and making the street and neighbours areas look untidy. The root problem is likely to be abuse of the waste area by residents who don’t bag correctly and non-residents who tend to use the area as a local dump.
