Excessive litter

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3621924.

This road does not get cleaned on a regular basis in fact it appears to only get cleaned when there is a complaint about it. Stembridge road is disgusting, it is full of litter… the same letter which just gets added too each week. Even a pile of glass on the pavement has been there for two weeks outside no 68.
